Mark Slaymaker: acoustic, electric, slide and lead guitar.
Also Lead Vocals and occasionally harmonica.

About The MakersBlues I'm working as an acoustic solo at this time. First off, I should tell you that I am married with 2 children (16 and 32). I am a Registered Nurse by trade and work 40 plus hours a week. Beyond that my passion is playing music! I have played guitar for nearly 40 years and I have been in numerous bands. The last band I had was in Coos Bay Oregon. The bands name was "LAZY JACK". We were together for over 15 years, playing Blues and R&R in local pubs. We made 3 commercially produced CD's, "Raw Deal", "Pathetic Legacy", and "Sail Away" (which can be made available on request). Now that I've moved to Eugene, my goal is to preform my acoustic solo music. I'm still looking for other musicians to play music with, but my priority is acoustic. I have a VERY strong solo show that I can ether preform as a 45 min. opening act or I can do 2 or 3 hrs of solo material. (I am still fully equipped to play electric music as well.)
